Residential Accounts Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Residential Administrator to join our team at Buckland Care in Exmouth. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the care home's accounts and communicating with the Finance Department.
This is a computer-based position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Previous experience in office administration, invoicing, bookkeeping, and payroll is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the care home's accounts, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Communicate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate financial information
- Prioritize tasks and maintain flexibility to meet deadlines
- Update training matrices and maintain staff and resident files
- Order supplies and arrange contractors as needed
- Verify receipt of goods and send invoices to residents and local authorities
- Report weekly and monthly to Head Office
The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in residential care administration.
