The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

This vacancy has been created to recruit a Care Lead (Days/Nights) to join our dedicated team on a bank contract.

Job Description:

  • As a Care Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
  • You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the needs of our residents are met, and that our care standards are maintained.
  • You will also be involved in the administration of medications and the development of care plans.

Requirements:

  • An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience working at a leadership/supervisory level, preferably in a care setting, is required.
  • Experience in administering medications is also necessary.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support, as well as excellent communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
