About the Role:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to care staff to ensure delivery of person-centered care.
  • Collaborate with management to implement effective care plans and strategies.
  • Support in areas such as medication administration and care planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • NVQ 3 or advanced diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience working at a leadership level in care services.
  • Knowledge of caring for the elderly and experience in administering medications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
