Job Summary:
A highly skilled and experienced Care Lead is required to join our team at Amica Care Trust. As a Care Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.

In this role, you will work closely with our management team to supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants. Your primary focus will be on supporting the needs of our residents, including medication administration and care planning. With a strong background in healthcare and previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, you will be well-equipped to make a positive impact on our residents' lives.
