Job Summary

Crooton's Exmouth care home is seeking a Nighttime Residential Care Coordinator to join our team as a Senior Care Professional. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants, and support the clinical team in medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

To be successful in this role, you will need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, and a warm, compassionate, and caring approach.
