Job Overview

Crooton is seeking a highly motivated Senior Care Professional to join our team at our Exmouth care home. As a Nighttime Residential Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and possess specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for someone who is warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants
  • Support the clinical team in medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Deliver person-centered care and support to residents
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care and support
