**About the Role:**
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for someone who is warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
In this role, you will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. You will also contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for our residents.
