Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, supporting residents' needs and ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centred care. This includes:

  • Supervising and mentoring a team of Care Assistants
  • Supporting with medication administration and care plans

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience working in a leadership/supervisory role in healthcare
  • Specific knowledge in caring for the elderly
  • Experience in administering medications
