ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Care Support Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare.

This varied role involves answering the phone, handling files, and providing administrative support to our managers. You will also be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing prospective clients around our facilities.

Your main goal as a Care Support Coordinator is to help create a vibrant and happy environment that meets the needs of our residents.

About You:

If you have excellent multitasking skills, good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner, you may be well-suited for this role.

As a Bank position, your hours and days will vary to provide cover for annual leave or sick leave.

The estimated salary range for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
