About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Trimble in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success and account management, with experience in driving adoption and utilization of SaaS solutions in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in customer success and project management to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding onboarding experiences.
  • Actively foster the success of your assigned book of business through business value conversations, active listening, business reviews, and customer adoption planning.
  • Own and maintain account success plans in collaboration with the customer, including product utilization/rollout strategy.
  • Identify risk as well as growth/expansion opportunities for the Account Sales Rep to pursue.
  • Handle incoming reactive Customer Success situations across the customer base.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Customer Success or account management experience in a SaaS company - ideally in construction technologies or related applications.
  • Experience in developing strategies and success plans on assigned accounts to fully realize the value of technology solutions.

About Your Location:

The location of this hybrid role will be in Newcastle Upon Tyne. We wish you to be able to adopt our hybrid way of working (regular office attendance 2 to 3 times per week).

You can arrive at the office very easily via Metro or Railway, as the station is only 5 minutes walk from the office. We also have onsite parking available.
