Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience from project implementation to ongoing support. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for upselling our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between Zynk and our customers, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial project to ongoing support and beyond.
  • Satisfaction Assessment: Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for additional products or services.
  • Change Requests: Identify change requests over technical support enquiries and provide proposals and costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical support and development teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and effective project implementation.
  • Leadership: Lead calls and meetings with multiple stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Upselling: Actively seek opportunities to upsell Zynk products and services based on customer needs and usage patterns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in the CRM system.

  • Customer Focus: Highly customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Leadership: Confidence and proficiency in leading calls and meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Sales Experience: Some experience in sales or a strong interest in learning sales techniques.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic technical experience or a strong technical aptitude to effectively understand and communicate technical concepts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prioritization: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
