Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving net growth and increasing product penetration into our existing customer base. This will be achieved through improved customer experience, effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities, and recording all data in our CRM system.

Account Management

  • Ensure regular account reviews with customers every 3 months to discuss their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its benefits to customers.
  • Work closely with our support and specialist teams to provide high-level service and recommendations to customers.

Customer Service

  • Raise cases with our customer service team for customers with service issues and ensure all relevant details are provided in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers once cases are closed to ensure their expectations have been met.
  • Flag customers at risk of cancelling and work with your manager to agree the most appropriate course of action.

Qualifications

  • Telecoms or similar industry experience.
  • Experience in account management and sales.
  • Clear understanding of commercial business objectives across multiple verticals.
  • Ability to articulate our core vision, competencies, and product portfolio.
