The Instant Group is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Newcastle. As a key contact for several key accounts, you will lead and manage serviced office transactions, ensuring that flex solutions meet client needs, timescales, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to introduce, implement, and deliver contracts or services, and extend/renew existing contracts or services.
  • Manage day-to-day client issues and requests, maintain client relationships, develop additional revenue streams, and retain accounts.
  • Recognise opportunities for selling additional services and support coordination within our business.
  • Manage clients' lease administration across a global portfolio to ensure timely completion of renewals.
  • Work with the Client Account Team to create an Annual Delivery Plan for each client.
  • Ensure each client receives contracted services with exceptional customer service and delivery.

  • Account management/development experience.
