Our expertise lies in designing, building, deploying, and managing passenger Wi-Fi and on-board passenger infotainment systems. We also offer remote online condition-based monitoring and maintenance solutions for optimizing fleet management, operational performance, and fuel economy.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our global Sales division as a Key Account Manager in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in Germany. The role involves managing client relationships, contract performance, client satisfaction, and business growth planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
- Identify, develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with clients and prospects.
- Promote Nomad Digital technologies and engage in knowledgeable technical discussions with customers.
- Keep customers informed about the Nomad Digital roadmap.
- Resolve account issues by working closely with internal teams to achieve satisfactory results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management and/or IT Telecoms/Engineering.
- Strong evidence of career progression in sales and business development.
- Engineering/technical background and acumen to understand and articulate Nomad Digital offerings.
- Deep understanding of wireless technologies and the impact of ICT on transport industries.
- Ability to think strategically and formulate sales strategies based on events and developments during the sales process.
Experience
- Highly experienced in complex solution selling in the Nomad Digital targeted industry.
- Account management experience, with a proven ability to lead in account management situations and drive deals to closure.
- Strong partner management skills, including interdivisional, external business partner, and supplier management skills.
- Proven experience in bidding and securing large complex new projects, particularly in the rail transportation sector.
