About the Role
As a National Key Account Manager at Essity, you will be responsible for partnering with one of our strategic customers to develop and implement business plans that drive growth and revenue. This role requires strong negotiation and customer relationship skills, as well as the ability to analyze customer information and identify business risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement joint business plans with designated key customers
- Lead the customer relationship through business planning, implementation, and follow-up
- Contract negotiations, including product offering and pricing strategies
- Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are communicated to and understand their role
- Analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities
- Support Account Managers to achieve strategic plans within the customer base
Requirements
- Proven experience of managing key accounts at a national level
- Successful at managing customer relationships at board level
- Ability to self-lead, using initiative for solutions
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Consultative and strategic selling skills
- Proven experience within health and hygiene
- Highly structured in your approach
