Key Account Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Key Account Business Development Representative to join our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer, publisher, and rep relationships and working closely with the Managing Director and Sales and Marketing Executive to achieve our growth plans.
Key Responsibilities- Out-perform sales targets and generate sales growth for Inpress member publishers
- Manage the freelance sales team
- Maintain and develop excellent relationships with Inpress member publishers
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in key account management and business development, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will also be self-motivated and able to work independently as part of a team.
Person Specification- Proven experience in key account management and business development
- Proven experience of achieving sales budgets and targets
- Good relationships with retailers across the UK book trade
