Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our global Sales division as a Key Account Manager in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region. This role involves managing client relationships, contract performance, financial management, and business planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with clients and prospects.
- Promote Nomad Digital's technologies and provide technical support to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's roadmap and communicate it to clients.
- Resolve account issues and work closely with internal teams to achieve satisfactory results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Strong evidence of career progression in sales and business development.
- Engineering or technical background and acumen to understand Nomad Digital's offerings.
- Deep understanding of wireless technologies and the impact of ICT on transport industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience
- Highly experienced in complex solution selling in the rail industry.
- Account management experience with a proven track record of driving deals to closure.
- Strong partner management skills, including interdivisional, external business partner, and supplier management.
- Proven experience in bidding and securing large complex new projects in the rail transportation sector.
