Senior National Account Manager Opportunity

At MKJ Ignite, we're seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Senior National Account Manager for our grocery business. This is a unique chance to take ownership of key accounts, drive sales growth, and expand into new channels.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage relationships with major grocery retailers, including Tesco and ASDA, to achieve annual turnover and profit targets.
  • Create new opportunities across grocery and convenience channels.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive growth.
  • Oversee new product launches, ensuring timely and successful market entry.
  • Track and analyse sales performance, manage KPIs, and report regularly on progress.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably with a challenger brand.
  • Proven track record in grocery and capability to build new distribution.
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude with strong commercial acumen and ability to spot new opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence in engaging with buyers and senior stakeholders.
  • Organisational skills, managing multiple projects and maintaining high attention to detail.

  • Salary: c£70,000 + 10% performance-based bonus.
