Hybrid Customer Success Lead

We're seeking an accomplished Hybrid Customer Success Lead to join our team in Newcastle, UK. As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you'll drive customer success and growth through strategic planning and execution, while working in a hybrid environment that balances flexibility and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute customized success plans to drive customer adoption and retention
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer success strategies
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their challenges and develop effective solutions
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the software industry
• Proven track record of driving customer success and growth through strategic planning and execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer data and identify areas for improvement
What We Offer
• Competitive base salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
