Job Description:

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and handling unscripted calls from customers regarding their Savings accounts. The successful candidate will be part of our Customer Service Centre team, which provides a personalised experience for customers over the phone and via communications tools.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems and programmes. They will also be passionate about providing excellent customer service and committed to achieving high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • A competitive annual salary based on above-market pay scales: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
