Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Integration Specialist to join our team at Finatal. As a leading provider of HR solutions, we help private equity houses navigate complex mergers and acquisitions. Your expertise will be instrumental in integrating the HR functions of two businesses, creating a seamless transition for employees and stakeholders.

As an ideal candidate, you have a proven track record in PE-backed businesses, with experience in post-merger HR integration, target operating model implementation, and organisational design. You will work closely with our clients to embed a new HR strategy, implement best practices, and develop a compensation and retention strategy that drives business success.

London based with some travel required, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' businesses. If you are passionate about HR transformation and have a drive to deliver exceptional results, we would love to hear from you.
