Interim HR Director

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Director to join our team at Macmillan Davies. This is a 2-3 month interim role, requiring the individual to work in our London office 3 days a week.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive change and improvement. They will be responsible for supporting People Business Partners, managing employee relations cases, and improving people processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take on new challenges and gain experience in a senior HR role.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (pro rata)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the delivery of a comprehensive HR service by providing guidance on employee relations cases.
- Manage employee relations cases from start to finish, resolving complex issues and addressing grievances.
- Monitor and improve people processes, such as performance conversations and year-end reviews.
- Act as a trusted advisor to coach, develop, and challenge people managers on all people-related matters.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve optimum people performance.
