Job Title: Interim HR Change Consultant

Description: We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and support a large-scale change program for a not-for-profit charity based in London. This role involves providing advice and communication to employees and supporting the HR Director in leading the change program.

Responsibilities:

  7. Amongst other responsibilities">

Requirements:

An ideal candidate will have previous experience of leading/supporting large-scale change programs, including restructure and redundancies, as well as previous consultation experience. Immediate availability is required.
