About the Role:
">We are seeking a seasoned Senior Workday Solutions Architect to spearhead our HR transformation initiatives, delivering integrated and scalable solutions across core HR, talent management, payroll, and other HR functions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting business objectives by designing and implementing Workday-based solutions that drive value realization.
">The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting, with a strong focus on defining strategic roadmaps, delivering comprehensive business cases, and driving measurable ROI from Workday implementations. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure that Workday implementations align with organizational objectives and deliver clear business benefits.
">This is a remote-working role, reporting to our Enterprise Architecture Director. We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Design and implement Workday-based solutions to meet HR transformation goals, creating robust architectures that integrate HR processes and technology.
- Provide strategic oversight and technical guidance to support HR transformation initiatives and HR technology support operations, collaborating with HR stakeholders to develop and implement digital HR solutions.
- Utilize consulting expertise to assess business requirements, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop tailored Workday solutions, advising on best practices and innovative approaches to HR transformation using the Workday platform.
- Lead efforts to ensure that Workday solutions deliver tangible business value, continuously measuring outcomes and implementing improvements to realize full benefits from HR transformation projects.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other key business units to gather requirements, develop solutions, and execute implementation strategies, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
