Job Overview

Morgan Law is seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Director to play a pivotal role in the transformation and improvement of the Trust. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the implementation of the People Strategy and support plans, ensuring these are directly linked to the Trust strategic objectives.


About the Role
  • The successful candidate will manage and develop the HR senior leadership team and deputise for the Chief People Officer.
  • This role requires developing and implementing the strategic workforce plan aligned to Trust demand, capacity and financial plans working in partnership with the care groups leadership teams and People and Culture Business Partners.

$100,000 - $120,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead on designated programmes of work across the Integrated Care System and deliver the agreed Workforce workplan for the Integrated Care Partnership.
  2. Chair the Staff Committee and take a lead role in the management of union partnership working.
Requirements
  • Significant senior HR leadership experience in a large, complex NHS Trust.
  • Demonstrated experience of delivering transformational change and improvement in people and culture.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
