Job Title: Strategic HR Director

About Agility Resoucing: Agility Resoucing is a company that requires the development and implementation of people management strategies to support its operational and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering full human resources services, including employee engagement, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular reviews of the company's policies, procedures, and practices on all HR matters, recommend improvements, and implement changes.
  • Drive the Company's talent management, succession planning, and training agenda by liaising with training providers and maintaining training records.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership team members and line managers to enhance their skills, assist, and advise them on HR-related responsibilities.
  • Lead the annual review, preparation, and administration of the performance management system, including salary benchmarking and awards, in conjunction with the leadership team.
  • Identify resourcing needs and coordinate relevant recruitment and selection activities with hiring managers and the leadership team.
  • Stay updated on employment legislation and HR best practices, share knowledge within the team to ensure Company compliance and continuous development and improvement.
  • Analyze and present HR metrics, making recommendations to the leadership team that align with the business strategy.
  • Take ownership of HR-related projects as required.

Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive business results.
  • Experience in talent management, succession planning, and training.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
