Strategic Dimensions, a renowned global entertainment company headquartered in London, is seeking an exceptional professional to join its team as Head of HR Operations.

Job Description

This critical role will play a pivotal part in redesigning and refining the company's use of data and analytics, as well as streamlining operations processes from induction and onboarding to payroll and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess good specialist experience in this space, with a practical and pragmatic approach to achieving results.

The successful individual will be viewed as a subject matter expert, taking a leadership role in developing global processes across the group. They will be highly visible to the board and senior leaders, influencing key stakeholders at this level.

This role offers significant opportunities for growth and development, particularly in the areas of data-driven insights and process improvement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business, driving strategic decisions and supporting a Leadership Team that values data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting a thorough audit of current HR processes, identifying areas for improvement and creating a roadmap for implementation.
  • Leading the design and implementation of new processes, including onboarding, IT workflows, and benefits management.
  • Creating regular reports and analytics to inform senior leaders on exit data, trends, and other key metrics.
  • Managing global payrolls and benefits, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Reviewing and optimizing benefits offerings to align with business goals.
  • Policies, handbooks, and compliance initiatives, including mandatory training programs.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, and experience working within a UK business environment. Global experience, particularly in the US, would be beneficial. A proven track record in HR operations, HRIS implementation, and process improvement would be essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, discretionary bonus, private medical insurance, and additional benefits.
