Interim HR Systems Delivery Lead

Morgan Law is seeking an experienced Interim HR Systems Delivery Lead to oversee the implementation of a new HR / Payroll system. This full-time role will require a period of 9 to 12 months, with a salary of circa £80,000 per year. The ideal candidate will be available to start in January 2025 and have experience in leading deployment of a new HR / Payroll system, managing subject matter experts, and leading a multifunctional team to success.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Implementation Oversight: Ensure that the implementation of the new HR / Payroll system is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure that the implementation is successful and that all stakeholders are satisfied.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure that they are aware of the progress and status of the implementation.
