As an Interim HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes, and delivering excellent service to employees and managers.
This role involves supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, data management, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team in managing HR records, updating employee databases, and maintaining accurate data.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate liaison.
- Contribute to the onboarding process, preparing induction materials, and scheduling introductory meetings.
- Maintain accurate employee files, adhering to data protection regulations.
- Monitor and record employee absences, ensuring accurate attendance records.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with event coordination, including training sessions and employee workshops.
- Ensure adherence to organisational policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation.
The salary for this role is circa £33,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting our client's HR function.
