Seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our administration team as a Front Desk Coordinator - Clinical Support. This role involves providing high-quality front-of-house care, managing appointment bookings, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

We offer a competitive salary package including:

  • NHS Pension
  • 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata if less than full time / under one year contract) and birthday day off, after probationary period completed
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a dynamic health organisation based in modern premises in central Chesterfield and Hasland.

The successful candidate will have experience in working with members of the public, a busy environment, and be able to develop new skills and undertake training as required.

The salary range for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional front-of-house care and manage appointment bookings effectively
  2. Maintain confidentiality at all times and adhere to practice policies and procedures
  3. Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner and provide accurate administrative work using computer programs
Requirements
  1. GCSEs Grade C/4 and above, or equivalent, including Maths and English
  2. Proven computer skills and ability to work accurately and effectively as directed
