Dementia Care Support Role: HC One is committed to providing exceptional care to individuals with dementia. As a Dementia Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standards of care possible.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and administering medication. You will also need to maintain accurate records of the job you do and build strong relationships with your team.

We offer a competitive salary of £18,500 - £19,500 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Additionally, we provide full training and support to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this position.

The ideal candidate will have a background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. They will also need to have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care and be prepared to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
