Senior Care Assistant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and providing exceptional support and care to our residents. You will also assist Registered Nurses and Care Managers in delivering high-quality care services and provide physical and mental stimulation through activities and social engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others are essential for success in this role. Job Requirements:
  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a care setting (preferably within a care home environment)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
