About the Role:



We are seeking a motivated and caring Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health needs, and autism.



Your Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide practical, emotional, and behavioural support to service users.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and housework.
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users.
  • Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks.


Requirements:



Previous care experience is essential for this role. You must also have a clean, valid driving licence.
