**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, focusing on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.

**Requirements:**

  • Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for individuals with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Estimated Salary:** £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications).
