Job Title: Plant Fitter Specialist - UK Wide
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Fitter Specialist to join our expanding team in Newton, Nottinghamshire. As a site-based specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting specialist plant and equipment across the UK.
About the Role:
In this critical position, you will ensure that all specialist plant and equipment meet the required standards for safety and performance. Your duties will include conducting daily checks, performing maintenance tasks, and evaluating opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections of specialist plant and equipment to ensure they are safe and fit for purpose.
- Perform preventative and essential maintenance to prevent equipment failures and optimize performance.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve plant efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Plant Maintenance or equivalent.
- Experience working with overhead line specialist equipment desirable.
- Full driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
