Talent Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as Talent Management Specialist at Consult. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that drive business growth and enhance employee engagement.
About the Role:- Design and implement effective talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Collaborate with Plant Leaders to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of employee data, including training and development programs.
- Provide guidance and coaching to line managers on talent management-related matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Global HR initiatives.
- CIPD qualification
- Proven experience in HR operations, ideally in Manufacturing or Logistics
- Experience in talent management, with a strong understanding of recruitment, retention, and development strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
