Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pension and Payroll Support Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team based in the UK. This role plays a pivotal part in providing exceptional support across the organization, assisting colleagues in delivering expert administration with efficiency and maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the Payroll and Pensions department, ensuring accurate and timely provision of data to pension funds.
  2. Cultivate effective working relationships to deliver excellent customer service.
  3. Serve as a Fund process knowledge expert for allocated funds, providing essential administration support to EPM Payroll Teams.
  4. Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally and accurately, adhering to EPM's Service Level Agreement.
  5. Take ownership of monthly and annual pension reporting for allocated LGPS funds, ensuring data accuracy through meticulous analysis.
  6. Assume responsibility for monthly reporting of Teachers Pensions service data, scrutinizing and resolving queries resulting from submissions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated previous experience as a pension administrator.
  • The ability to establish credibility and foster strong working relationships.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • A collaborative team culture mindset.
  • Solid ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
