With over 25 years of experience, we have shipped over 1.5 billion devices from our site to date. We have ambitious plans to grow the company and expand with new products and applications, backed by a significant investment from the UK Ministry of Defence. As part of an emerging semiconductor cluster in the northeast, we focus on developing advanced technology for the next generation of semiconductors.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, pension plan, and generous holiday allowance.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our program management team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and extensive experience in program management or related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing project and program strategies and objectivesManaging program budgets and resourcesOverseeing the day-to-day operations of various programsCoordinating with stakeholders to ensure program alignment with organizational goalsMonitoring and evaluating program performance and outcomesProviding leadership and direction to your teams across the organisation.Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standardsIdentifying and mitigating program risksFacilitating communication and collaboration among team membersPreparing and presenting program reports to senior managementSecuring funding and managing grant applicationsDeveloping and maintaining program policies and proceduresConducting program needs assessments and feasibility studies

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a BSc in Engineering, physics or other relevant field and higher degree in business administration desirable.
