This graduate management trainee program is designed to equip the next generation of leaders with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will participate in a comprehensive training program that includes rotations across various departments, including sales, HR, logistics, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in rotational training assignments across different business areas
  • Develop leadership skills through mentorship and coaching
  • Work closely with experienced managers to gain insights into operational processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
  • A full UK driving license by 1st February
  • Ability to relocate within commuting distance from a Regional Distribution Centre
  • Legal entitlement to work in the UK on a full-time basis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
