PBS Lead for Quality Enhancement

Job Description:
The Talent Hub is seeking a PBS Lead to spearhead the development, implementation, and oversight of Positive Behaviour Support practices across our services.
This role focuses on enhancing the quality of life for children and teams while aligning with our business goals: improving life quality and changing lives.
The successful candidate will join our Senior Leadership Team and self-manage their schedule to meet service needs.
Main Responsibilities- Support for Children and Young People: Foster environments that improve quality of life and build positive futures. Conduct Functional Assessments and develop PBS plans. Monitor and report the impact of PBS plans on children and teams.
- Training and Team Support: Train staff in Active Support and PBS implementation. Coach and assess teams' PBS competency. Deliver and facilitate training, including PBM (certification provided). Provide therapeutic guidance and participate in debriefs.
- Leadership and Management: Offer leadership and mentorship to ensure high standards in childcare. Uphold our philosophy and ensure best practices. Implement policies and guide the team on proper procedure adherence.
- Health & Safety: Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies. Conduct risk assessments, fire drills, and ensure incident reporting.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: BCBA certification or Level 7 in Leading Organisations in PBS.
- Experience: Proven leadership, staff supervision, and application of behaviour analysis principles.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical abilities, and team motivation.
Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
