Role Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our dedicated team in delivering high-quality support services to young individuals in our community homes. This involves assessing risks and ensuring the safety of residents, as well as supporting them in developing independent living skills.

  • This role requires strong self-organisation skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • The successful candidate will also have a valid driving license and access to own transport.

The salary for this position is estimated at £37,000 DOE (dependent on experience) based on the location in Newton Aycliffe & Surrounding Areas.
