About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

The successful candidate will have a passion for person-centered care planning and experience in caring for individuals with dementia. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and providing guidance and support as needed.

You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each resident receives tailored care that meets their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and maintaining accurate records of your work.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £20-22 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy access to a range of benefits, including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and a company pension scheme.
