Care Assistant Manager Job Description:
HC One is seeking a highly skilled Care Assistant Manager to lead their team of Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to residents with dignity and independence. Your role will involve implementing personalized care plans and ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where kindness is at the core of everything we do. You will have the chance to get to know our residents and their families, helping us deliver truly personalized care plans. Your key responsibilities will include assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and administering medication.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent. You will also require knowledge of caring for people with dementia and a background in person-centered care planning. Ideally, you will be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, company pension scheme, and more. You will also have access to full training and opportunities for professional development.
