Care and Community Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Care and Community Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this field, you will be working with vulnerable adults and children, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we support.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £29,093-£36,395 per annum, plus allowances. You will also receive a competitive benefits package, including a contributory pension scheme and paid annual leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include providing support and guidance to vulnerable adults and children, helping them to develop life skills and achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on your work.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team. A background in social care or a related field would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
Estimated Salary: £32,385 (based on starting salary and average hours worked).
