Join Our Care Home Team as a Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our care home team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care and leadership to our residents and colleagues.

About the Role

  • We offer a competitive salary of £38,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC Pin number and registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience of working in a care home or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
