Job Description

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse at one of our care homes, you will deliver high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic team environment. You will work with patients who may have complex and challenging behaviors, using your clinical expertise to improve their quality of life.

You will provide compassionate care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and respect are always maintained. This involves listening to their needs and providing nursing care that meets those requirements. You will also supervise the delivery of nursing care and take an active role in developing personalized care plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with current NMC registration. You should possess a strong understanding of clinical practices and CQC requirements. Your proactive approach will enable you to make the most of the training program we offer.

We seek a dedicated and compassionate individual with experience in producing well-developed care plans, undertaking risk assessments, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
