HC One is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000-£35,000, depending on experience. As a Care and Support Professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants, implementing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care and be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification. You should also have experience in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for individuals with dementia.
