Support Worker Advocate

We are seeking a warm and caring Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham. As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing quality person-centred care and support to our service users.
Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
- Provide individualised care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services and achieve positive outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centred care plans.
Requirements:
- A strong commitment to delivering person-centred care and supporting individuals with varying needs.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably within a supported living setting.
