The role involves supporting the learning and personal development of children and young people in safe, caring homes. Key responsibilities include assisting with everyday needs, providing life skills, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure compliance with regulations.



This position comes with a competitive salary, estimated to be around £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly regarded employer, ROC, who have been recognized as the National Care Employer of the Year (2022). To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent, a driving license, previous experience working with children or young people, and flexibility.
