About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at ROC Home. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a safe and nurturing environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day needs and activities of the young people
- Provide life skills and promote personal development
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and compliant home environment
Requirements
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Previous experience working with children, young people, or applicable life experience
